Job Skills / Requirements

LACOSTA is looking to add a Janitor to our team in Huntsville, AL. Our mission is to make our customers environments clean, healthy, safe and efficient.

Qualifications:

* High School Diploma

* Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

* Previous experience as a Janitor preferred.

Job Duties:

* Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.)

* Must be comfortable with A LOT of walking, as well as standing, reaching, stooping, bending, and lifting 40lbs individually.

* Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities

* Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects

* Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs

* Stock and maintain supply rooms

* Cooperate with the rest of the staff

* Follow all health and safety regulations

* Other duties as assigned

Schedule:

* 8am-6:30pm, Saturday and Sunday

Pay:

* $11.50 an hour paid weekly (every Friday)
