Job Summary

• Provides professional psychotherapy/counseling services to clients, families, and groups in order to maintain or restore the highest level of mental health functioning.
• Conducts initial assessment of all new clients; interviews and evaluates clients and family members providing a diagnosis.

General Accountability

• Identifies factors which may interfere with obtaining maximum benefits from treatment.
• Develops and implements client treatment plans, including the coordination of referrals to specialty and social services, the recording of progress notes and the provision of continuity of care
• Provides appropriate therapeutic services to assist clients and families in coping with presenting symptoms and problems.

Required Credentials:

LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT, or provisionally licensed, high preference is given to dually licensed clinicians with licensure in clinical addictions treatment.
