Job Description:

• 6 years of experience with Systems Design Implementation and Support Functional Area for Service Contracts, Install Base Field Services and Depot Repair
• Problem solving skills Must have very strong experience in the Oracle R12 Experience with a variety of implementations in a number of different environments
• Solid business process skills able to provide transaction analysis in varying functional areas Troubleshooting skills and ability to coordinate with systems staff Customer service
• Acumen Self-motivated and willingness to work long hours and off-hours Must have the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and technical
• Staff Applying best practices overall knowing how to use the tool be able to train users on the tool and distribute the tool
