The Center of Support (TCoS)Business Analyst will assist withcustomer care. They willprovide analytical and reporting responsibilities for the functional and operational support areas within TCoS, including sales, delivery, and MarketingOperations. Also included are TCoSoutbound campaigns, myCoke and e-Commerce,customer management, business systems, ad hoc TCoSand Field Sales support projects. This position is also responsible for visit plans for FSOP sales teams, which includes the creation of new business and proactive visit plans for Local Sales Representatives. The Center of Support Business Analyst identifiesCustomer Care,evaluate, recommend, andimplement essential work to drive sales productivity (TCoSand Field). This willinclude planning, reporting, quota, and key metric setting and management, sales process optimization, sales program implementation, management of sales activity and data processes, and working with business and technology concerns to maximize the bottom line. This position cultivates relationships at all levels and will work closely with TCoSSr. Leadership, FSOP Leadership, as well as various internal, external stakeholders and business partners to ensure company objectives and goals are applied and met.
