Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cardiology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in cardiology and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of cardiac patients, including medical history, physical exams, and diagnostic tests.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the cardiology team, including medication management, lifestyle modifications, and patient education.
  • Provide ongoing monitoring and management of cardiac conditions, including follow-up visits and medication adjustments.
  • Educate patients and their families about heart health, disease prevention, and treatment options.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements:
  • Current license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in AZ.
  • Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant specializing in Cardiology (ANCC or AACN).
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in cardiology.
  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
