Title: Senior Manager, Global Cell Therapy, Strategy & Operations

Location: Princeton Pike or Summit, New Jersey

The Senior Manager, Global Cell Therapy Organization (CTO), Strategy & Operations (CTO Cross-functional operations) will be a critical partner to and report to the Vice President CTO Strategy & Operations (S&O). The Senior Manager will work in close collaboration with the CTO S&O team and CTLT to manage priority cross-functional projects to enable the CTO to achieve its objectives in getting more transformational cell therapies to patients. The incumbent will also support management of ad-hoc CTO projects led by the VP CTO S&O as needed. The Sr Manager will prepare, maintain and execute project plans including resource requirements to ensure cross-functional project completion on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Co-define scope and objectives of CTO cross-functional projects and manage implementation of projects
• Support when needed project management of ad hoc CTO projects led by the VP CTO S&O
• Set-up team KPIs, tracking performance and progress towards project deliverables with project sponsor guidance & input to ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Report progress report and escalate risks & issues to management as needed
• Implement and manage changes when necessary to meet project deliverables

Qualifications & Experience:

• BA/BS required. MBA, or other graduate degree preferred
• 5 years combined experience across related disciplines, Global and/or local Marketing, Drug Development, GPS or strategic management consulting experiences
• Good knowledge of biopharmaceutical industry; possesses a global understanding of end-to-end drug development, manufacturing, and commercialization processes; relevant experience in Cell Therapy is preferable
• Demonstrated ability to design, manage or implement multiple projects simultaneously
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work with cross-functional, matrixed teams, maintaining strong relationships and influencing outcomes
