The Recruiting Coordinator is expected to perform a variety of duties that support day to day business operations.
Job Duties:
- Source and screen candidates
- Manage Apploi ATS
- Enter and maintain accurate employee data into various software systems (ClearCare, E-Verify, Relias)
- Ensure employee certifications and compliance are up to date
- Manage the GChex background screening process
- Provide assistance with New Hire Orientation
- Attend and actively participate in weekly staff meetings
- Assist with additional administrative projects as needed
- Provide back-up scheduling assistance
- Provide on-call back up support 1 week a month
- Reflect the values of Right at Home Knowledge,
- Must possess strong customer service skills
- Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to listen effectively
- Must have the personal integrity and ability to discreetly handle confidential information
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Must possess demonstrated excellent computer literacy and Microsoft Office skills
- Must possess an aptitude and passion for learning new things with a strong work ethic in a fast paced environment
- Must possess the desire to serve clients and coworkers with exceptional customer service
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse workforce
- Ability to remain calm and on task during high stress situations
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of Administrative or clerical experience
- Proficiency with Windows Office
- Experience with Apploi a plus
