Right At Home is Hiring a HR Recruiting Coordinator Near Alpharetta, GA

So do we. We are Right at Home, an established and fast paced home-care agency located in Alpharetta. We are currently seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our dynamic ream.

The Recruiting Coordinator is expected to perform a variety of duties that support day to day business operations.
Job Duties:
  • Source and screen candidates
  • Manage Apploi ATS
  • Enter and maintain accurate employee data into various software systems (ClearCare, E-Verify, Relias)
  • Ensure employee certifications and compliance are up to date
  • Manage the GChex background screening process
  • Provide assistance with New Hire Orientation
  • Attend and actively participate in weekly staff meetings
  • Assist with additional administrative projects as needed
  • Provide back-up scheduling assistance
  • Provide on-call back up support 1 week a month
  • Reflect the values of Right at Home Knowledge,
Skills and Abilities:
  • Must possess strong customer service skills
  • Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to listen effectively
  • Must have the personal integrity and ability to discreetly handle confidential information
  • Must be able to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Must possess demonstrated excellent computer literacy and Microsoft Office skills
  • Must possess an aptitude and passion for learning new things with a strong work ethic in a fast paced environment
  • Must possess the desire to serve clients and coworkers with exceptional customer service
  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse workforce
  • Ability to remain calm and on task during high stress situations
Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of Administrative or clerical experience
  • Proficiency with Windows Office
  • Experience with Apploi a plus
