Summary:

In this role, you will support Pharmacy Aggregation Groups using project management practices. You will manage multiple cross-functional resources and project teams for complex (e.g., many products, facilities, stakeholders, and/or source systems), broad scope, and/or special enterprise engagements.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and influence project participants including mentoring others in effective collaboration skills to drive participation of the project team.
  • Independently execute complex projects (e.g., many products, facilities, stakeholders, and / or source systems).
  • Develop and manage project management operations and tools.
  • Identify and propose additional needs for project governance metrics and reporting.
  • Communicate project expectations, updates, and potential risks to team members and stakeholders, which may include leadership, while providing appropriate resolution and recommendations.
  • Apply pharmaceutical analytical practices and processes supporting network projects and pharmacy engagements, as well as interpret results to assist members.
  • Assist Wingperson with responsibilities for new team members.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret pharmaceutical data to define aggregation group savings opportunities, provide report out to Aggregation Group Pharmacy Executive.
  • Collaborate with Pharmacy Executive to prepare materials, as well as ensure timely action and post meeting follow-ups.
  • Ensure successful onboarding of new aggregation group members through prospective member savings review and follow up, collaborate with Pharmacy Executive on report out to member.
  • Maintain member Sharepoint documents as well as provide member education regarding use and utility of Sharepoint system.
  • Collaborate with Sourcing Executives and supplier representatives to ensure continued value for members for duration of contract/initiative term.
  • Support Pharmacy Executive(s) in contracting, standardization and utilization initiatives.
  • Monitor contract compliance at the individual group level, notify Pharmacy Executive of any issues associated with contract pull through.
  • Assist with Pharmacy Aggregation Group process improvement initiatives with support of Lead Project Managers.
  • Support the Lead Project Manager in planning meetings, Pharmacy Aggregation Group and internal Vizient meetings, ensuring that assignments stay on track and within budget.
  • Support in resolution of pricing connection/disconnect issues.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree in business, finance, or a healthcare related field. Master's degree preferred
  • 5 or more years of relevant experience required.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite knowledge (Word, Power Point, Excel) is required
  • Data background/experience preferred.
  • Ability to use data and analytics to identify areas of opportunity and support projects.
  • Current knowledge of various analytical team projects designed around group best practice, benchmarking, and track progress.
  • Highly organized individual with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Action oriented, high initiative, good problem-solving and critical thinking skills along with ability to provide independent thought.
  • Ability to multi-task and deal with minimal direction or issues that are not clearly defined.
  • Willingness to travel

Estimated Hiring Range:

$88,900.00 - $132,250.00
