ABOUT THIS TEAM
Our Global Distribution teams are part of our greater lululemon Supply Chain organization. This team supports lululemon's overall purpose by ensuring we are fulfilling our products to our guests through our various channels including our retail stores and ecommerce.
A DAY IN THE LIFE (2nd Shift 5:00pm-3:30pm Mon, Tues, Thurs, Friday)

• Investigates and problem solves inventory inaccuracies in the WMS - Warehouse Management System
• Performs real time audits of on hand inventory as part of our SOX program
• Actively communicates results and findings across distribution center departments
• Performs investigations for missing product and cycle counts on an order picker
• Maintains a safe work environment through our safety program and lean mentality
• Keeps their warehouse area clean and always organized
• Engages in training, team building, meetings, and personal development
• Responsible for performing job duties in accordance with DC Guidelinesand company policies
• Employees may be assigned a new department depending on business needs

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to remain focus on detail-oriented tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Capable of adapting to third party technologies (RF scanners, voice picking and new systems)
• Excellent counting skills and detail focused
• Ability to meet attendance requirements
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs frequently
• Ability to maintain a safe work environment
• Flexible and adaptable with schedule which could include nights, working required holidays,weekends with occasional after-hours requirements and overtime

Compensation and Benefits Package
lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional teamperformance. The base pay range for this position is from $19.35/hour , subject to minimum wage in the location. The base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. This position has a target bonus of an additional 5% , subject to certain requirements and the Company's discretion, bringing the total hourly target compensation range between $20.32 . Employees in this position may be eligible for shift premiums ranging from $1.00 -$1.00 per hour.

Nuestros equipos de Distribucin global forman parte de la gran organizacin de la cadena de suministro de lululemon. Este equipo apoya el propsito general de lululemon al garantizar que entreguemos nuestros productos a los clientes a travs de nuestros diversos canales, incluidas nuestras tiendas minoristas y el ecommerce.
UN DA EN LA VIDA

• Investiga y resuelve problemas de inexactitudes de inventario en el sistema de gestin de bodega (Warehouse Management System, WMS).
• Realiza auditoras en tiempo real del inventario disponible como parte de nuestro programa SOX.
• Comunica activamente los resultados y los hallazgos en todos los departamentos del centro de distribucin (distribution center, DC).
• Realiza investigaciones de productos faltantes y conteo de ciclos en un recogepedidos.
• Mantiene un ambiente de trabajo seguro a travs de nuestro programa de seguridad y mentalidad LEAN.
• Mantiene su rea de bodega limpia y siempre organizada.
• Participa en capacitaciones, formacin de equipos, reuniones y desarrollo personal.
• Es responsable de realizar las tareas laborales de acuerdo con las pautas para el DC y las polticas de la compaa.
• A los empleados se les puede asignar un nuevo departamento, dependiendo de las necesidades comerciales.
