Job Summary:

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership

• Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service.
• Implement sales strategies to drive revenue and meet store targets.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

2. Budget Management

• Control budgets, optimize expenses, and maintain financial health.
• Prepare regular reports for upper management.
• Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

3. People Management

• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure employee productivity.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate new team members.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.

4. Problem Solving and Performance Improvement

• Identify solutions for profit decline, employee conflicts, and competition.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance operational and financial performance.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a retail management role.
• Proficiency in cash handling procedures and basic math skills.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of business functions.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to recruit, train, and motivate staff effectively.
