About the role:
As a Senior Director, you'll work in close collaboration with other leaders within our Capital Markets team. You'll be responsible for planning and directing all group-level operational activities while supporting the implementation of vital executive projects. You'll partner closely with the Finance function and play a hands-on role in budget management for our Client Experience & Service Delivery (CXSD). This role will report directly to the SVP of our Client Relations Group and is a key member of the CXSD leadership team.

What you'll be doing:
  • Support budget planning, financial forecasting, and execute budget management strategies
  • Coordinates executive-level dashboards, reporting and analytics with the business analytics teams (CMIH)
  • Support strategy and planning sessions, workshops, and off-sites
  • Assist in 'operationalizing' major goals to support broad functional objectives and ensures process compliance from all stakeholders
  • Ensure that the CXSD management team stay on task and that everyone is accountable, people are aligned, and deadlines are met
  • Own special projects
  • Function as a point of contact between top management and other stakeholders
  • Function as an advisor to the CXSD Division Executive
  • Delegation responsibilities for the CXSD Division Executive in certain areas/situations
  • Assisting/managing communications from the CXSD Division Executive
  • Key liaison between staff, senior leaders in the organization, support functions, and other internal executive offices and external organizations
What you bring:
  • Ability to quickly gain comprehensive knowledge of the operations and financials of the Capital Markets business
  • 10 years of experience within the Financial Services, Capital Markets domain
  • Ideally possesses familiarity with the FIS product and service suite
  • Capable of quickly gaining the trust and support of the organization's executive team
  • Skilled in prioritizing and managing multiple projects, work independently as needed and meet tight business deadlines
  • Experience managing complex projects or transformation projects
  • Understanding how to influence and interact with colleagues at all levels
  • Experience dealing with confidential and business critical issues
  • Quantitative skills and experience creating compelling business presentations
  • Proven track record in client relationship management, operational efficiencies, and the implementation of client-facing tools to drive workforce optimization

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $163,310.00 - $274,380.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
