Our goal is to integrate AI agents as co-pilots in our software development process to revolutionize how we code, QA, test, and deploy software.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal AI Software Engineer with a strong background in artificial intelligence. This role will focus on developing AI agents to support and modernize our in-production software portal. The ideal candidate can efficiently assess our system's code and architecture and quickly begin working on software development sprints alongside our subcontractors. The system you will be working in supports the Department of Defense R&D efforts.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years focused on AI integration.
• Proven experience in leading software development teams and managing projects.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C , C# or similar.
• Experience is Microsoft Azure ecosystem is a plus
• Extensive experience with AI and machine learning frameworks.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
