Job Details:

• Financial management of complex portfolio of projects, including cash flow projections and risk assessment
• Influences the development and execution of functional NFS processes, policies and long-term goals
• Participates in development of methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for projects, programs, and systems
• Directs specific budgets and provides overall management and direction to the Project Financial/Cost Analyst function.
• Oversees development and implementation of requirements for cost recording, reporting, and analyzing standards, programs, and reports, and performance monitoring and control functions on major projects.
• Oversees performance monitoring and control functions.
• Reviews recommendations for measurement systems, cost trend data and schedule impacts, and progress reports for presentation to Project Manager or senior management.
• Presents ongoing executive summary and detail analyses to management for use in status updates and leadership decisions related to cost/ benefit decision making, strategic cost impact, and balancing of adjustments in project direction/resource concentration.
• Resolve invoicing issues with vendors, contractors and professional services providers. Support negotiations as compliant to KP requirements.

Experience

• 5 years experience (construction, real-estate industry experience REQUIRED)
• Financial management and related business oversight.
• Expertise in design and implementation of business models, market evaluation, and competitive analysis to maximize organizational performance.
• Skilled in preparing and analyzing reports, developing and presenting conclusions with actionable insights based on thorough examination of relevant trends.
• Outstanding business acumen skillfully influencing and facilitating sizeable, cross-functional teams. Well-honed project management, critical thinking, and data analysis skills applied to guide data-driven decision making
• MS Office Suite
• PeopleSoft, e-Builder, PowerBI (REQUIRED)
