Description
Reports To: Exec Sous Chef, Sous Chef or Executive Chef
Supervises: Kitchen Associates
Shift Times: Must be very flexible, swing shift hours
Job Purpose: We are seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to join our Marriott family to oversee food production operations, organize kitchen processes to maintain high quality, safety, and efficiency. The Kitchen Supervisor will coordinate with the Exec Sous Chef/Executive Chef to assist in managing the kitchen team.
