Summary:

The Operations Program Communications Specialist leads all communication efforts for Program Management for the Experience Organization. This includes change management, system issues and outages, department or organizational initiatives, etc. Leads small sized projects within the Experience Organization in order to maximize efficiency. Works closely with the Director of Program Management to ensure all department initiatives are communicated according to established scope, timeline and objectives as they pertain to Experience. Provides support for Operations Program Specialist by executing deliverables for the larger program or project initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute internal communications between assigned lines of business in accordance to Program Management's communication guidelines

* Create, deploy and maintain all educational and change management resources and for all new and existing programs and projects for Experience including executive power point presentations, huddle documents, visibility roadmaps, program/project reporting

* Assist the Program Management team with assigned tasks from larger programs and project initiatives

* Plan, coordinate, and organize within a fast paced and dynamic environment

* Perform other duties as needed upon request from immediate supervisor

Qualifications and Education:

* Associates Degree required, Bachelors in Communications preferred

* Minimum three years Financial Services experience preferred

* Minimum one year communication experience required

* Must have experience writing communications for large teams

* Knowledge of Branch and back-office operations, policies, practices, protocols, systems and programs preferred

* Working knowledge of financial services from a sales, operations, and compliance perspective in a branch, membership and call center environment preferred

Essential Skills:

* Strong oral and written communication skills at a professional business level

* Solid power point presentation and public speaking skills

* Intermediate analytical, problem solving, planning, prioritization and organizational skills

* Intermediate personal computer skills including power point spreadsheet and word processing; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required

* Ability to work independently while supporting an overall team effort

* Project Administration | Project Controls | Project Documentation | Project Implementation | Project Management | Project Scheduling | Project Status Reporting | Project Management Software

The good faith range for this position is $58,000 to $68,000 annually. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs. The salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
