DICK’S Sporting Goods is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor to join our distribution center team in East Point, Atlanta. This role will support the Maintenance department within the DC on 2nd shift! You will work Monday - Thursday 4:30pm-3:00am. 

Essential Functions include:

• Responsible for all aspects of maintenance on the designated shift

• Responsible for all aspects of janitorial/housekeeping on the designated shift

• Provide leadership and technical assistance to maintenance and janitorial personnel. This includes planning and directing preventative/emergency maintenance of the Distribution Center, conveyor system, and forklift equipment.

• Ensure compliance with all maintenance safety procedures.

• Responsible for successful implementation of Preventative Maintenance Program on the designated shift

• Ensure proper conveyor spare parts inventory levels. To include providing accurate order information to maintenance manager along with accurate receipt and storage of all spare parts

• Qualifications

• Minimum of a 2-year technical degree or work related experience

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of supervisory experience

• Must have working knowledge of Allen-Bradley Programmable controllers, RSLinx, and RSLogix5

• Previous experience with Preventative Maintenance programs

• Must have conveyor, forklift and electrical experience as well as good troubleshooting skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Basic computer knowledge

• Strong sense of safety

• Ability to work flexible hours
