**Pay range: $14.50 to $15.00 for the right candidate**

We're looking for dedicated, comfort-shoe loving person with a passion for helping customers.
The most qualified candidate will:
- Be excited to use their knowledge of shoes, fashion and feet to meet their customer's needs.
- Show a warm, outgoing and sincerely friendly personality.
- Be an energetic self-starter, easy to get along with and a team player.
- Be detail oriented.
- Have great work habits including being punctual, reliable, honest and accountable.
- Be comfortable with Windows and retail computer systems (RetailPro a plus).
- Have 1-year minimum experience in retail.
This part-time position offers scheduling flexibility to the right candidate. Our store closes by 6 each day so no late night shifts here. This position will averaging 15-20 per week, including weekend shifts. Additional hours in the future are possible. In addition to the hourly wage, we offer, spiff and incentive plans, paid time off, retirement benefits and great employee discounts!
