Our newest therapeutic massage studio in Union Village, Henderson currently has an opening for our front desk position (also known as Wellness Membership Advisor, which is a sales & customer service role). We can accommodate either part-time or full-time, with weekend availability a must. Responsibilities:

• Handling transactions, email and phone communications accurately.
• Greeting clients and assisting during the checkout process.
• Using discovery questions when booking/scheduling appointments and making recommendations.
• Light cleaning/studio maintenance tasks.
• Creating rapport and providing excellent customer care.
• Consistently and effectively endorsing/sharing information on our membership program.

Qualifications:

Here's what we are looking for:

• Ability to follow our proven sales process to sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program and build customer loyalty.
• The right candidate must like talking, but more important, love listening to all new clients, established clients, and prospective clients.
• The right candidate can turn any unsatisfactory client feedback/experience into a story of great customer service.
• Friendly, able to establish great rapport with clients, gets along well with colleagues, takes initiative, dependable and has great communication skills.
