Job Scope

Responsible for the maintenance of travel and fleet operations for North America. Monitors and maintains system parameters governing the Diasorin Domestic Travel and Fleet operations. Serves as key operational contact for external Travel and Fleet vendors. Develops reports, presentations and KPI's for key meetings as well as for ongoing Travel and Expense management. Key duties and responsibilities, shown below, will vary accordingly based on assignment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

* Serve as key internal operational contact with external fleet and travel vendors Manage internal day to day fleet operations, including deployment, vehicle assignments, MVR's, etc. Maintain Concur Travel Instances, including configuration and administration Produce and distribute various daily and monthly statistical reports

* Review, coordinate, and negotiate buyback damage claim refunds on vehicles sold.

* Coordinate transfer of vehicles and titles in partnership with external provider

* Serve as internal coordinator for accident claims for fleet and rental vehicles

* Gather and report annual personal mileage for drivers for tax reporting purposes

* Assist the analysis & distribution of OEM vehicle delivery forecasts.

* Complete regular Fleet and Travel program reviews and presentations to Leadership

* Ad hoc requests/reporting from internal Leadership regarding fleet and travel operations

* Ensure compliance with all applicable statutory regulations and Company policies/procedures, as they relate to the areas of travel and expense management

* Professionally respond to customer inquiries by using discretion and judgment, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution

Education, Experience, and Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree

* Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Experience working with Travel and Expense Management, including Commercial Card Programs

* Database and Query knowledge a plus.

* 1-year Travel and Expense, Accounting or equivalent experience, preferably with a large-scale employer or fresh graduates with high motivation and learning capability
