We are seeking a skilled Telehealth Certified Medical Assistance (CMA) in Hollywood, FL with extensive experience in medical scribing to join our innovative telemedicine team.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in facilitating virtual patient encounters, ensuring accurate documentation of medical visits, and supporting healthcare providers in delivering high-quality care remotely.

These Centers offer $30 per pt, plus hefty employment packages including paid time off (PTO), medical, dental and vision, retirement, and more.

Responsibilities :

1.Virtual Patient Support :

Cordinate telehealth calls,

2.Medical Scribing :

Accuretely document patient encounters in real-time during telehealth appointments,

Record medical histories, symptoms, information as directed by the healthcare provider,

Ensure completeness and accuracy of documentation systems.

3.Clinical Support :

Facilitate communication between patients and providers, conveying information, instructions, and follow-up plans as directed.

4.Data Management :

Maintain strict confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA regulations in handling patient information,

Organize and manage medical records, ensuring all documentation is field appropriately and accessible for future reference.

Qualifications :

Proven experience as a Certified Medical Assistany and Medical Scribe, with a minimum of 6 months in each role,

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals,

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medical documentation,

Ability to multitask, prioritize responsabilities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment,

Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards,

Flexibility to adapt to changing telehealth workflows and technology requirements,

Willingness to undergo additional training on cerification as needed,

Worked in Skilled Nursing home facilities.
