A renowned medical organization is looking to immediately hire in Williamstown, NJ a Full-time board certified, highly skilled, and compassionate Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner in a nursing home who has at least one year of experience with a NJ state license. The organization offers $150K-$187K per year, plus hefty employment packages including paid time off (PTO), medical, malpractice insurance, and retirement plan.
Responsibilities:
Assessing patients' health, diagnosing conditions, and collaborating with physicians on treatment plans,
Managing chronic conditions, treating acute illnesses, and responding to urgent medical needs,
Conducting health screenings, administering immunizations, and performing routine physical exams,
Documenting patient information accurately and communicating effectively with patients and healthcare team members, and
Recommend tools and devices that may improve the quality of life for the patient.
Qualifications:
Board-Certified Adult or Family NP,
Active NJ state license,
One year of experience,
Excellent communication skills,
Effective time management skills, and
High organizational skills.
Schedule
Monday to Friday.
Evening shift from 2 pm to 9 pm.
