We are seeking Pediatric Speech Language Pathology Assistants (Part Time) or (Full Time) to provide quality services center based, teletherapy (synchronous and asynchronous), and in-home, to children with disabilities! We assess and develop individualized treatments plans for children ages 0 – 21.

Position Requirements:

  • Must have at least a bachelor's degree in specialized field from accredited college
  • Current CA Board Speech Language Pathology Assistant License with 1-2 years (related) experience
  • Ability to pass background and reference check (FBI / DOJ) - clean Live Scan
  • CA Driver’s License, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
  • Successful completion (valid within 1 year) TB Test & CPR
  • Enthusiastic, Professional, Responsible and dedicated to work with children with special needs
  • Bilingual in Spanish: helpful, but not required
  • COVID Vaccination and booster required

Job Responsibilities:

  • Being FUN, energetic and motivating for children and their families
  • Maintain accurate records of therapy including session notes, home programs, etc.
  • Provide feedback to parents / caregivers regarding progress of clients
  • Meet with SLP supervisor
  • Ability to work with various behaviors
  • Receive ongoing training through regular overlaps with team lead/supervisors
  • Participate in education seminars

Pay: $74,852.00 - $79,793.00 per year
