Independently develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards
Performs studies, analysis (trend, variance, impact), and risk assessments to determine impacts and constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, and program initiatives
Creates schedules, reports, metrics, and changes activities; communicates and updates plans regularly throughout the lifecycle of a program or project
Works to improve project management processes and business systems and implement best practices that support project decision-makers
Directs all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completion
Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives
Assists customers in developing performance recovery plans and ensures all project control systems are in place to support ongoing support to stakeholders.Run Daily Stand-up Meetings.Host & Lead Team Retrospectives.Host & Lead Sprint Planning & Program Increment Planning events (Working with Product Owner).Ensure user stories are defined correctly using both descriptions and acceptance criteria.Helped the team accurately determine user story points.Coordinate dependencies with external teams.Ensure teams are updating User Stories with their status.Help Remove Impediments and Flow roadblocks up to Management.Establish Sprint Goals and PI Objectives.Organize material to be presented at the end of sprint demos.Coaching supports the mature team's agile knowledge and experience.Translate agile execution metrics to support waterfall-aligned development milestones.Collect, Manage, and Present Team performance metrics to include:Planned # User Stories per sprint.Planned # of Stories Points per sprint.Completed # of User Stories per sprint.A number of Story Points Achieved per sprint.Team historical velocity.Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is required.Scrum master certification.Practicing 5 years.Project management skills/certifications.
