We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Vice President of Principal Management to join our Care (Personal Care, Home Care & Industrial Cleaning) team. In this role, you will be responsible for: - **Day-to-Day Business Conduit:** Act as the primary liaison between the Principal(s) and our Vice Presidents of Sales, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. Drive growth, facilitate technical interactions, solve problems, and promote Care-specific value propositions. - **Pipeline Management:** Oversee the sales pipeline, analyze opportunities, and strategize on enhancing business growth within the Care market segment. -**Accountability through the Principal Organization:** With tactical grace, Drive accountability for opportunity closure and efficiency throughout the Principal(s)’s organization. - **Supply Issues/Allocation Decisions:** Address supply-related challenges and orchestrate allocation decisions to optimize resource utilization and meet market demands. - **Communication and Action Plans:** Communicate effectively with Americas CEO, Managing Directors, Vice Presidents of Sales, Technical Development & Operations teams developing and implementing action plans to achieve business objectives. - **Marketing Strategy Development:** Develop marketing strategies for push products and alternate revenue streams within the Care segment, ensuring effective promotion and market penetration. - **Technical Project Management:** Collaborate with the Principal to drive technical projects, ensuring successful implementation and meeting client requirements. - **Forecasting Accuracy:** Ensure accurate monthly forecasting from the Principal, utilizing this data to make informed decisions and plans. - **Sales and Growth Opportunity Reviews:** Conduct detailed reviews of sales and growth opportunities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategic initiatives. - **Setting Care-specific Yearly Goals:** Establish clear, measurable, and achievable yearly goals specific to the Care segment, working towards continuous improvement and market dominance. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, or related field. MBA is a plus. - Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably within the Care industry. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build and maintain relationships at all organizational levels. - Technical acumen and understanding of Care-related products and applications. - Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets. - High level of emotional intelligence for managing business relationships. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership and initiative. - Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and forecasting tools.
