WRA is currently seeking an experienced Water Resources Engineer in our Fairfax, VA office. This position will work with other Virginia regions as well. Responsibilities will include hydrologic/hydraulic (H/H) studies and drainage, stormwater management (SWM) and erosion/sediment control (ESC) design primarily for transportation projects.
Responsibilities will include the following:
Other duties may include performing GIS based project background mapping, utilization of H&H modeling software, technical report preparation, and construction cost estimating. Some field work may be required;, therefore, the candidate will need a vehicle or access to transportation for this position.
