Preferred Experience:
· Ten (10) years experience in Construction management · Four (4) years experience in Automotive desired · Two (2) years experience with General Motors' projects desired
Job Responsibilities:
· Assist GM Project Manager to manage the project in accordance with GM Project Management Process (PMP)· Coordinate all CPS personnel on site· Interface with stakeholders at the site (contractors, ME, Production, etc.)· Answer Technical questions· Monitor As-built drawing documentation
GM Training Requirements:
· Site Safety Orientation · Site specific training (as required) · GM Construction Terms & Conditions · PMP · B & AP · CCP · Safety Contract Management Process
Education:
· Degree in Construction Management or Engineering desired
Computer Skills:
· Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Power BI
· Microsoft Project (Preferred)
· Microsoft Outlook Email
· Peer-to-peer (P2P) (Preferred)
· AutoCAD (Preferred)
· Navisworks (Preferred)
Other:
· Willing to work night or split shift
