Trova is Hiring a Real Estate Project Manager (6-Month Contract-To-Hire) Near Orlando, FL

6-Month CTH position. On-site in downtown Orlando

Responsibilities for real estate project manager

  • Participate in monthly allocation reviews with BMs – financial and real estate review to identify outliers and correct as required
  • Establish the approach and define the necessary work activities (projects, pilots, ) to achieve project / program's mission & vision, monitor & report progress, and address any program-level issues
  • Support real estate transaction managers with developing high level programming, schedules, budgets and site tours
  • Manage Architect/Interior Designer/Procurement Agent
  • Bidding and negotiating General Contractor Services
  • Bidding General Contractor Services
  • Evaluate scope of work and pricing for all activities prior to release to Network Operations and/or Network Development team(s) to ensure they meet required budgetary restraints
  • Performed scheduled financial and operational analysis and reporting to illustrate controls over the actual, planned and proposed spend of capital
  • Prepare financial models and account for the quality of the inputs and outputs and the decision on discretionary spend that ensures all investments improve the useful life of tower assets
  • Properly track and provide real-time information for requests, projects, and budgets, keeping a focus on milestone data integrity in order to easily communicate program updates and expected timelines

Qualifications for real estate project manager

  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in project management, analytics, and presentation development (previous experience in Consulting a plus)
  • Prior Corporate Real Estate and related functional experience is preferred although not required to fulfill the position requirements
  • Good written and oral communication, attention to detail, organizational and interpersonal skills, demonstrable ability to interact effectively with project professionals and management
  • Understands building operations and facility management
  • The Project Manager performs an important role in being accountable for the delivery of projects for the Bank’s owned premises
  • PC skills required include Word, Excel, Outlook, internet savvy and electronic file management

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
