• Location: Las Vegas, NV
• Base Salary $65,000-$90,000 depending on experience

Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities

• Directs all daily marketing operations.
• Establishment and implementation of marketing/sales initiatives.
• Continuously conducts market assessments and develops a comprehensive marketing plan.
• Provides expertise in strategic planning, identifying opportunities for additional or improved services.
• Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with referral sources.
• Community outreach efforts to ensure Agency is known as a high-quality provider of services.
• Maintains comprehensive working knowledge of the local market conditions.
• Monitors and reports on the effectiveness of marketing efforts
• Community Engagement: Act as a bridge between the organization and the local community, fostering positive relationships, and maintaining a strong presence within the community. Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with current and potential referral and payer sources.

Qualified candidates will possess the following:

• An associate's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred, but proven success may substitute for education.
• At least one (1) year of experience in Home Health marketing, in the Las Vegas area is required.
• Demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, creativity and flexibility in performing job responsibilities.
• Effective writing, speaking, presenting and active listening skills
• Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with management, team members, clients and customers where applicable
• Familiarity with content management systems, webpage analytics, customer relationship management and other relevant software
• Data analysis, critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making
• Understanding of industry best practices
• Creativity, adaptability and familiar with current marketing trends
• Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills
• Project management skills, like goal-setting and deadline management
• Great organization, time management and prioritization abilities
• Comfortable in high-pressure and fast-paced environments
