**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Human Resources/Payroll Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various HR functions, including benefits administration, data entry, and account reconciliation.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage , Administration and On Boarding for employee benefits programs

- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate HR and PR records, including PTO and Sick Tracking, Timeclock maintenance.

- Assist with accounts payable tasks related to HR functions

- Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy in financial transactions

- Utilize software such as SAGE100, MS Excel, and various vendor programs to assist and maintain HR and PR processes

- Process Bi-Weekly Payrolls, Taxes, Benefits, etc

- Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures

**Qualifications:**

- 3-5 years of experience with in-house payroll processing Required

-3-5 years of Human Resource Management Required

- Proven experience in benefits administration and account reconciliation

- Familiarity with HR software such as SAGE100, MS Excel, and various vendor programs

- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail

- Knowledge of accounting principles related to HR functions

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

This position offers the opportunity to work in a small, woman-owned aerospace business, where you can utilize your skills in benefits administration, account reconciliation, and data entry.

This is a part time position, with preferred set schedule of four to six hours daily, Tuesday through Friday. Set hours are flexible within the 7:00 am-5:00 pm workday. NO MONDAYS

As a part time position, we do offer PTO and Sick leave, as well as paid Dental and Vision Insurance. Other benefits are not available to part time employees at this time.
