1. High School diploma or GED equivalent.

4. Demonstrated proficiency in applied technology (Microsoft Word, Excel and online platforms).

SALARY/PAYGRADE:
$30,804.00 – CP5
Salary Range (based on experience) as set by the Board of Trustees for the school year 2021-2022
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Assist in the organization, inventory, distribution and collection of state-mandated testing materials.
2. Maintain online systems and data entry related to state testing.
3. Assist in preparing for special activities and meetings.
4. Answer phones, determine important details and direct incoming calls.
5. Maintain and update campus test coordinator contact lists, email groups, coordinator’s calendar and room reservations.
6. Assist with requesting, purchasing, repair/replacement and maintaining inventory of testing office supplies.
7. Work with distribution staff in the delivery of state testing reports.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.
9. Regular and reliable attendance is an essential job function.
WORKING CONDITIONS:

Standard office equipment including personal computer and peripherals. Prolonged sitting; frequent standing, stooping, bending, pulling and pushing. Repetitive hand motions, frequent keyboarding and use of mouse; frequent movement of test booklets, media equipment, tables and other equipment. Lifting and carrying (up to 40 pounds). Work with frequent interruptions; maintain emotional control under stress.
