Who We Are:Plenus Group, Inc, is a food manufacturer with an extensive line of versatile soups, sauces and value-added specialty food items, our foodservice division offers restaurants and grocery stores many delicious ways to please their customers. We are looking for a Bilingual Human Resource Manager to support our organization. Job Duties:

• Promote a positive work culture by fostering employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being. 
• Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. 
• Collaborate with department managers to identify training and development needs and execution. 
• Collaborate and manage vendor relationships for full-cycle recruiting efforts and HR tasks and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations and company policies. 
• Maintain accurate HR records and reporting metrics. 
• Handle employee inquires, concerns and requests in a timely manner. 
• Conduct investigations related to HR matters as needed. 
• Collaborate and assist in payroll processing. 
• Perform other duties assigned as needed. 

 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field strongly preferred; but will consider experience in lieu of education.
• Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experiences as HR Generalist preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments. 
• Highest level of integrity. 
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. 
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.

Pay Range

USD $65,000.00 - USD $75,000.00 /Yr.
