Duties * Assist in the planning of programs for the operation, maintenance, repair and improvement of government facilities and property. * Evaluate program effectiveness through inspections and management improvement studies. * Assist in the computation of material requirements maintenance of financial inventory, accounting systems, acquisition, quality control, and timelines of facilities projects. * Assist in evaluating the condition of all facility components, plants, buildings, and grounds. * Assist in monitoring the budget expenditures in order to make recommendations as appropriate to shift resources to meet sudden changes. * Assist in establishing policies, procedures, standards, goals guided the area of facility management. OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%.
