An employer in San Diego is looking to bring a cleared Production/Maintenance Controller onto their team. The main objective for this individual is to compile and record production data to assist in comparing records and reports on volume of production, consumption of material, quality control, and other aspects of production. Initially, this person will primarily be executing and preparing data-centric reports using Excel. They will work with their supervisor to analyze trends and identify patterns. In addition to the data-heavy responsibilities of this role, the ideal candidate will be comfortable with operational tasks and various HR functions to ensure the day-to-day of the business is running smoothly and effectively. This opportunity is sitting onsite in San Diego.

Required Skills & Experience
- 4 years of relevant experience within production control or operations.
- Advanced Excel skills, ideally at a DBA/expert level.
- Data entry experience.
-Familiarity NALCOMIS or other documentation tools.
- Active Secret clearance.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Background in electronics/electrical engineering.
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Technical background within the aviation side of the Navy/Marine Corps.
