Duties * Prepare and edit narrative justifications for projected funding needs and ensures needs are documented in schedules and reports * Review obligations and expenditure of funds and ensures that funds are allocated timely and obligated effectively to support approved programs. * Initiate and maintain real time automated Financial Management System to track budget information for complete cycle from estimates through obligation.
