We are seeking a Home Health Manager to become a part of our team! You will coordinate in home health nursing services for children with medical necessities and manage daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee medical and health service activities and personnel
• Full Cycle Recruiting and Hiring
• Plan and coordinate client/nursing services
• Assist with weekly Payroll
• Client Renewals
• Work collaboratively with nurses and families to implement appropriate scheduling/care
• Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety
• Establish and enforce healthcare policies and procedures

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in healthcare or other medical fields
• Experience in a managerial role
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills​​​​​​
• Demonstrates skills in organization, problem-solving, decision-making, conflict resolution, and the ability to work independently
• College Degree Required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
