Duties * Serves as the senior Subject Matter Expert (SME) for developing and managing the Army concept framework within FCC and AFC. * Provides technical, expert concept development advice on a routine basis. Advises and counsels on technology to concept integration efforts, the development of capability sets, and enabler lists and future force organizational design efforts. * Support the ACD Division Chief in development and maintenance of strategic synchronization matrix that tracks timelines, decision points, and resourcing deadlines for multiple, concurrent AFC and FCC concept products and synchronization efforts. * Ensures synchronization of analyses and pilot programs in support of organizational effectiveness. * Evaluates performance and provides advice, counsel, and guidance to employees on both work and administrative matters. Informs higher level management of significant increases/decreases in workload, key vacancies or other circumstances. * Provides technical oversight of the Army Concept Framework (ACF) encompassing the Army Operating Concept, Army functional concepts, Army supporting concepts, and advisory documents.. * Advises FCC Directors and Divisions, Capabilities Development, and Integration Directorates (CDID), and Headquarters (HQ) Department of Army (DA) elements on Army concept development.
