Duties * You will directly supervise Asbestos and Call Center programs. * You will coordinate NAVFAC and CNIC related initiatives with installations. * You will oversee facility inventory and related metrics and utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), databases, and spreadsheets to track work. * You will coordinate and partner with customers to identify and prioritize facility inspection requirements and obtain funding. * You will perform the following duties to include but not limited to Condition Based Maintenance Program Oversight, Infrastructure Condition Assessment Program, interacting between upper echelons and Public Works Departments. * You will develop and implement corrective actions to improve the performance of the Inspection Programs. * You will be in charge of training and perform duties in direct support of Facility Management/Operations Specialists and Requirements Branches. Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
