Duties * Ensures that the organization's strategic plan, mission, vision, and values are communicated to the team and integrated into the team's strategies, goals, objectives, work plans, and work products and services. * Ensures the meeting of identified operational requirements as quickly and economically as possible, eliminating unnecessary duplication. * Serves as technical advisor in areas of responsibility, coordinating the commands capability development activities with industry, academia, Defense Agencies, other Services, HQDA, Program Executive Officers and Program Managers. * Serves as the Senior subject matter expert (SME) for the assessment of STandI initiatives, concepts, and lessons learned for the determination of current and future capability needs. * Serves as command lead for interaction with the OSD, Joint Staff, and other organizations for STandI activities. * Primary representative to the Joint Concept Development and Experimentation (JCDandE) Enterprise.
