The mission of the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless is to work collaboratively toward the prevention of homelessness and the creation of lasting solutions for homeless and at-risk families, children, and individuals throughout Colorado. The Coalition advocates for and provides a continuum of housing and a variety of services to improve the health, well-being, and stability of those it serves.
The Colorado Coalition for the Homeless seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for leading the full cycle recruitment process, attracting top talent, and contributing to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies. This role is expected to partner with hiring managers to identify key characteristics, behaviors, experiences, and qualities that are required from a position and to identify qualified candidates for that position. They will also collaborate across the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition team to design programs, systems, and processes that attract and identify top talent, create recruiting pipelines, identify new sources for talent, and foster an inclusive work environment. This position is located at 2111 Champa St., Denver, Colorado 80205 with hybrid/remote options.
