Practice Details
  • Two beautiful, state-of-the-art, locations
  • 6 Operatories
  • 3 F/T Hygienists
  • Highly trained support staff
  • Over 300 new patients monthly & growing
  • Average F/T Associates yearly compensation 250K
  • Fee for service plus practice
Job Details
  • All aspects of general dentistry including:
  • Extractions
  • Crowns and bridges
  • Root canals
  • Veneers
  • Invisalign
  • Removeable prosthetics

Requirements
  • NYS Licenses
  • 3 years of experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Reliable and responsible
  • Ability to clearly and accurately document all patient interactions
Compensation
  • Earning Potential 250K
  • % of collections based on average hourly production (note collection rate over 101%)
  • Signing bonus available
  • Partnership opportunity available, if desired

  • Extra Oral Suction Systems (EOS) for all aerosol producing procedures, so germs are not allowed to spread
  • Mandatory temperature check for all employees and patients before they enter the office
  • PPE including gowns, head covers, face guards, gloves, and masks
  • Cleaning of all communal areas every hour
  • At the end of each day, our practices are environmentally cleaned and fumigated with a fog that kills any remaining traces of the virus
