Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing general and orthodontic receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to our patients, ensuring they have all the information and resources they need to perform their best. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited too answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, insurance verifications collecting copayments, scanning and filing, emailing/ texting thru our portal. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED required, Associates degree or administrative training is preferred
  • Previous experience in a dental office
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects
The schedule we are looking to fill would be
Monday 8:30-6
Tuesday 9:30-7
Wednesday OFF
Thursday 8:30-6
Friday 8:30-6
Saturday (every other) 7:30-2
