Description
We are seeking a Legal Assistant to become a part of our team! The ideal applicant would be detail-oriented, organized, able to prioritize, and would possess a strong drive to excel and grow within the company. In addition, the applicant will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs as well as integrating with the entire staff to perform additional duties.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with processing legal documents, invoice and e-filings pleadings
- Assist with the organizing and reviewing of legal documents received daily
- Record and store client information
Requirements
- Previous experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, or other legal field is a plus
- At least one year experience in an office setting
- Strong ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision
