They operate as a fully integrated design/build contractor. Description

Role requires 20%-40% travel for projects.

• Collaborate with client's Facilities, Architectural Design, Estimating Engineers, and Construction Managers, as well as external Engineering firms and Contractors, to plan and execute major food facility construction projects.
• Administer, control, and manage high-profile food industry-related projects from start to finish with minimal supervision, ensuring control of costs, schedules, subcontractors, subcontract execution, purchases, construction meetings, material suppliers, and review of payment requests to establish and manage budgets.
• Engage with clients to meet company-set margins and quality standards.
• Review accuracy and process shop drawings and submittals.
• Direct and provide training to Assistant Project Managers as needed for assigned projects, including performance evaluation and execution.

Profile

• Experience working on food facility projects
• Ability to work across markets nationwide
• Experience that allows for handling all phase of builds as a project manager
• Previous client management experience preferred
• Ability to effectively lead and communicate with internal team and clients
