In this role, you will be the primary technical authority, guiding our ServiceNow projects through design, development, and implementation phases. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that our solutions align with best practices, scalability, and performance standards. You will collaborate closely with prospects, clients and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and drive the overall scoping andimplementation process. As we look to grow the team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and supporting the next of technical talent.ResponsibilitiesLead the architectural design and technical delivery of ServiceNow projects, providing expert guidance, mentoring, and performance management.Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business processes, objectives, and requirements, and architect effective ServiceNow solutions.Design and architect comprehensive ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices, scalability, and performance standards.Oversee the development, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, and integrations.Support thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability and functionality of implemented solutions.Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, engagement managers and stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, providing technical insights, recommendations and out-the-box demonstrations.Stay abreast of the latest ServiceNow features, releases, and trends, and provide strategic recommendations on their application within client environments.Lead knowledge transfer sessions and provide training to clients and internal teams on ServiceNow architectural principles and best practices.Qualifications, Skills, and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Extensive experience as a ServiceNow technical consultant, with a strong focus on leading architectural design and implementation projects.Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules, and components, with proven experience in designing and implementing complex solutions.Experience in the Customer and Employee Workflow product suite , but not essentialProficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML for ServiceNow development and customization.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into elegant technical solutions.Strong leadership and management abilities, with a proven track record of managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality results.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.ServiceNow certifications across two product lines are , but not essential.Passion for mentoring and supporting the growth of technical talent within the organization.#J-18808-Ljbffr
