Microstrategy Cloud / Business Intelligence / Data Visualization

Overview:

Looking for Solution architect to re-imagine Data and Analytics landscape to support data acquisition from many disparate sources, efficiently move the data into our data platforms, transform and store it in our lake and warehouse, then create usable analytics

Technology Stack:

Databricks, Alation, Ab Initio, Talend, AWS S3, Snowflake

Requirements:

Build out reference architecture patterns for Data and Insights. Data ingest, transformation, lake and warehouse both current and modern paths

Define solutions that acquire, store, and process data across an ODL, Data Lake and Data warehouse. Support multiple sources at the """"right speed"""" (real time, near real time and batch) to enable AI/ML, Self-Service, Real-time analytics and Business Insight Delivery

Define re-usable frameworks/patterns of data processing to support data transformation and integration with the right technologies.

Explore next gen data management for the modern data stack

Explore improvements in self-service space for business

Understands where to obtain information needed to make the appropriate decisions

Design a rapid access to curated and non-curated data to explore and find business drivers/opportunities

Design solutions for Real time analytics, Self Service, Data Management, Reference architecture for data & analytics organization

Roles & responsibilities:

Develops solutions to meet business needs that reflect a clear understanding of the objectives, practices and procedures of the corporation, department and business unit

Learn/adapt quickly to new Technologies as per the business need

Develop a team of Operations Excellence, building tools and capabilities that the Development teams leverage to maintain high levels of performance, scalability, security and availability

Understand where to obtain information needed to make the appropriate decisions

Demonstrate ability to break down a problem to manageable pieces and implement effective, timely solutions

Identify the problem versus the symptoms

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training with data tools, techniques, and manipulation.

• Four years of data engineering or equivalent experience.
