Baer is looking for Senior SAP cFIN Solution Architect for a 18 month project located in Chicago, IL.

Title: Senior SAP cFIN Solution Architect
Location: Remote with Travel to Chicago, IL
Duration: 18 Months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2 Only (C2C Not Permitted)

Description:

• Design end-to-end SAP cFIN solutions in alignment with business requirements and best practices.
• Define and document architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices.
• Lead the greenfield implementation of SAP cFIN modules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP cFIN with other systems and processes.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance during the implementation phase.
• Engage with key stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and present solution proposals.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources effectively.
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful delivery.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer sessions to the client's team post-implementation.
• Create documentation and user guides to support end-users.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP cFIN solution architecture and implementation.
• Strong expertise in SAP Central Finance (cFIN), S/4HANA, and related SAP modules.
• Proven experience in greenfield SAP implementations within the automotive industry is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Willingness to travel onsite (initially around 70%, dropping to 30-40% as the project progresses).
