Silotech Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Solutions Architect to support multiple projects within our Salesforce practice. This role is pivotal in driving external projects, encompassing a broad range of responsibilities from leadership to technical expertise. Location Remote Clearance Requirements * Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
Essential Role and Responsibilities * Lead the analysis, design, development, administration, and testing of Salesforce applications across various projects.
* Ensure best practices in design, performance, and security are adhered to in application implementation.
* Manage data migration, reporting activities, and oversee technical process modeling, data modeling, and user interface designs.
* Direct and mentor senior developers and team members in technical planning, requirements gathering, development, testing, and project management.
* Maintain alignment with product roadmap and ensure compliance with best practices in application architecture and development.
* Facilitate effective team meetings, including design sessions, scrums, and other development-related meetings.
* Design and implement solutions for integrating Salesforce with various systems and platforms as required by projects.
Qualifications Education * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems, Business, or a related field is desired.
Experience * 5 years of hands-on full stack experience as team lead supporting architects, leading teams, and developing solutions using agile/SAFe methodologies preferably in federal space.
* Minimum 5 years of full-stack experience in architecture, leading teams, and developing solutions, preferably using agile/SAFe methodologies in the federal space.
* At least 5 years of extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce.
* Proven ability in working directly with end-users and system SMEs to meet project requirements.
* Experience in mentoring development teams and steering projects from conception to delivery.
* Active contribution to all phases of product development and delivery.
* Expertise in Salesforce configurations, and integration with various systems and platforms.
Certification * Salesforce Architect certification is required, Salesforce certified application architect is preferred.
* Agile/SAFe and additional Salesforce certifications are a plus.
