ServiceNow Architect

Columbus, OH - Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain the ServiceNow platform architecture.
• Develop and implement ServiceNow roadmaps and strategies.
• Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, including workflows and integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Establish and enforce development and governance standards.
• Conduct regular platform health checks and audits.
• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other systems.
• Identify opportunities for automation within IT and business processes.
• Provide advanced support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow issues.
• Manage instance upgrades and patches.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience with ServiceNow, including 3 years in a lead or architect role.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and relevant programming languages.
• Strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) preferred.
