The Solution Architect will be responsible for expressing the operational and financial impacts of workflow and technical decisions to both our client and internal Oracle Cerner teams. In this role, you will be instrumental in guiding our client's revenue cycle processes and operations. Qualifications: Bachelors degree, or 4 years equivalent work experience. Extensive knowledge and experience in revenue cycle management, patient accounting, and healthcare financial systems. Experienced and comfortable with data analysis to clearly communicate complex financial information to non-financial audiences Experience in healthcare accounting and finance is highly desirable. Prior experience with Cerner Patient Accounting solutions and build Prior experience with ERP Financial Management Systems (i.e. Meditech & Workday), preferred Responsibilities Responsibilities: Serve as a point of contact for stakeholders and subject matter experts, answering questions and resolving issues related to Patient Accounting and Financial systems. Manage revenue cycle integration, workflow, and technical design across all revenue cycle solutions and venues. Provides on-call support on a rotational basis. Effectively articulate operational and financial impacts of workflow and technical decisions to client and internal teams. Represent leadership in terms of testing strategy, issue management, conversion readiness, and post-conversion responsibilities to both our team and client stakeholders. Manage project escalations tracking, client expectations, and status as the primary point of contact for revenue cycle leadership. Lead Clinically Driven Revenue Cycle (CDRC) conversations across various venues. Collaborate closely with the CIO, CFO, and revenue cycle leadership to define financial metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and reporting systems prior to conversion. Recommend and implement solution and workflow changes to streamline processes and increase efficiency within the revenue cycle. Assess the value of products and services provided by vendors in the revenue cycle ecosystem. Stay updated with the latest trends in Revenue Cycle solutions to provide innovative ideas and suggestions. Qualifications: Bachelors degree, or 4 years equivalent work experience. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the United States only Hiring Range: from $27.02 to $54.13 per hour; from $56,200 to $112,600 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
