Job Description/ Responsibilities
•Evaluate the design and compliance needs of Revenue Management throughout the business cycle, understand business processes, convert current revenue practices to map into Oracle RMCS configurations
•Work closely with business partners and technology teams to understand RMCS needs.
•Work with clients to identify opportunities for improvement in the areas of Quote to Cash needs
•Work with the extended audit and accounting team to implement appropriate rules with Oracle that ensure the appropriate rules are configured for the automatic accounting entries
•Provide technical assistance as an IT subject matter expert to ensure compliance with ASC 606 and IFRS 15 accounting
•Research, develop, continuously improve and implement RMCS policies, procedures, standards and processes based on compliance requirements and industry best practices.
•Provide timely and effective operational support for revenue management tools, processes and practices
•Design, installation, configuration, administration and support of the Oracle RMCS
•Plan and execute client engagements focusing on Oracle RMCS, Oracle ERP Application (Cloud).
•Analyze, design and configure best practice business needs through technology solutions
•Interact with client teams to understand their requirement and design the robust solution
•Develop an understanding of a client's current state process and developing future state technical recommendations.
•Executing the day-to-day activities of Oracle ERP Cloud engagements including process design, leading key configuration workshops, identifying Gaps, identify RICEW, and support testing
•Participation in requirement gathering, analyzing business requirements, aligning business requirements and best practices to implement a functional solution
•Manage Functional project delivery and lead project onsite/offshore technical teams

Required Qualifications
•15 to 18 years of experience in Oracle Cloud RMCS and ERP Financials with a minimum of 1 full-lifecycle Oracle ERP Cloud implementation experience
•Full life-cycle project development including Requirements, Design, Development, Testing and Roll-out
•Knowledge of Enterprise Structures, module-specific configurations, ability to do requirement analysis and deliver functional design documents of the mentioned modules.
•Ability to quickly understand the business requirement and to design functional concepts
•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Ability to suggest Best Practices for RMCS Implementation
•Ability to mentor and guide Internal Auditors and walk them through application configurations and accounting results
•Requires strong policy and process knowledge as well as deep skill and expertise to lead the maintenance & support for the Oracle RMCS environment and interfacing systems integrations
•Hands-on Oracle financials implementation and effective Oracle accounting and sub-ledger accounting rules experience

Preferred Qualifications
•MS Computer Science or MCA Master of Computer Applications or BE Computer or BE Electronics
•Experience with various cloud, SaaS, and on-premises ERP or EBS
•Oracle Cloud Functional knowledge on Quote to Cash and RMCS
•Oracle Cloud Certification
